SES Space & Defense Appoints Joanne Isham to Board of Directors
Reston, Va., December 08, 2025 – SES Space & Defense, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SES S.A., named Joanne Isham to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Isham joins Billy J. Bingham and Maj. Gen. Roger W. Teague, USAF (Ret) on the SES Space & Defense Proxy Board.
Isham brings decades of senior leadership experience across the U.S. intelligence community and the national security sector. She retired from the Central Intelligence Agency after a distinguished career, including roles as Deputy Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and Deputy Director for Science and Technology. In these roles, she oversaw mission-critical operations and led the development and deployment of technical intelligence programs.
After retiring from the government, Isham went on to hold senior executive roles at BAE Systems, High Performance Technologies, Inc., and L-1 Identity Solutions. She now serves as President of Isham Associates, LLC, an advisory firm focused on national security and innovative technologies.
